2010 Ford Focus SE 4 Door Sedan - Extended Warranty + EX Condition in Aliq, Pennsylvania For Sale

Hello and Thanks for Checking out my Excellent Ford Focus SE 4 Door Sedan. I will be sad to sell but I am upgrading to an Escape and have no further use for the Focus.
It's in Excellent/Very Good condition and has had all its scheduled maintenance oil changes etc. at the Ford Dealership. I have all the Records, User Manuals and 2 Sets of Keys w/Remote Entry.
Also included is Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty to 98,261 Miles ($75 transfer fee, I will cover the cost) I am also including 2 Winter Tires each with their own Ford look-a-like Wheels.
It was Inspected, Washed and Waxed in May '14.
I am a Non-Smoker with No Kids, and No Pets! The Interior is in Excellent condition. Seats are in Perfect Condition and have Always been Covered. I also have floor mats, which have kept the carpet very clean.
My Car has been regularly self-washed inside/out and waxed. It came with Double Decorative White Lines across the sides.
As far as bodywork, I had an elderly lady scratch the driver side back door in a parking lot and her insurance covered all the repair costs. I just this week had to replace the original factory battery. **I will show you the receipt if you want.
